Responsible gaming

Gambling should primarily be a form of entertainment. However, playing always carries a risk of financial loss, and when control is lost, it can negatively affect one’s personal, family, professional, or financial life.

In our venues, we want players to have access to information that helps them keep their gambling under control, recognise possible warning signs in time, and know where to turn in case of problems.

Play for fun. Know your limits. Gamble responsibly.

The operator asks you to gamble responsibly. Participating in games at our venue should primarily be about great entertainment, and you should maintain this feeling throughout your entire stay with us. Do not exceed your limits, whether time-related or financial, and always behave responsibly. We operate the venue in accordance with Act No. 30/2019 Coll. on Gambling and fully support all measures to protect players and prevent pathological gambling.

We consider the prohibition of entry and participation of minors in gambling to be an absolutely essential measure. Upon entry to the venue, we are obliged to verify the identity and age of every visitor.
